1.OUR PRODUCTS
    Our store sells parts and accessories for Japanese and Thai motorcycles to customers worldwide. Once you have placed your order, we will ship the products to your notified address directly from our supply sources which are in Japan, Thailand and others.  We will find the parts of your interest, such as genuine parts of HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI and KAWASAKI, high quality motorcycle/scooter parts & accessories of major/unique Japanese brands such as TAKEGAWA, DAYTONA, KITACO, C.F.POSH, HURRICANE, G'CRAFT, ZERO, BEAMS, BMF, NR MAGIC, FALCON, CLIPPING POINT, SIMON, BURIAL, REALIZE,  NANKAI, ARAI, SHOEI, OGK, POSH FAITH, MOTO POSH, STRAIGHT, KIJIMA, YOSHIMURA, OVER, MIZUMOTO, HEAT MAGIC, AFAM, FADDY DADDY as well as any other brands which are currently exist in Japan. We also provide customers with our original products for Monkey & DAX bikes in our brand name of FADDYBIKE. We also ship Thai motorcycles (THAI BIKES), Thai genuine parts, spare parts and accessories directly from Thailand, as well as provide you with buying agent services, for special products which could be locally made or fabricated in Thailand at a reasonable price.

2.INQUIRY
    Regarding Japanese products being sold in Japan, kindly make an inquiry to us by e-mail to abcd5116@loxinfo.co.th we will make a reply and offer our best price to you as soon as possible. FRAME NO. of your motorcycle or PART NO. will be required in order to check the price of genuine parts of HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI and KAWASAKI.  Details of the product you want will be checked and confirmed through e-mail in order to prevent any mistake after your order. Some photos of the parts & accessories of your interest can be sent to you, if necessary. Please feel free to make an inquiry to abcd5116@loxinfo.co.th for detailed information.

3.PRICING
    We offer you consistently reasonable price of Japanese and Thai products, The total CIF price of your order includes the FOB price of your items plus EMS/TNT shipping cost. All price in our store for your order will be offered in Thai Baht for payment proceedings at Bangkok Bank. Our price for the products in Japan is based on Japanese Yen which will be calculated into Thai Baht by Bangkok Bank exchange rate. We will inform you the equivalent exchange rate of US dollars or Euro so that you will understand the price easier. Please note that we accept only Thai Baht for your payment and the actual exchange rate is the rate on the day when our bank deducts your account.

4.SHIPMENT
    We are pleased to ship anywhere in the world by Postal EMS (Express Mail Service) from our supply source both in  Japan and Thailand which please kindly read EMS SHIPPING RATE FROM JAPAN and EMS SHIPPING RATE FROM THAILAND for more on costs and time estimates. Further to Postal EMS, we also have the shipment by Postal International Parcels to the country where have no EMS service from Japan or Thailand.  Please contact us for more information if you need any other shipping services for large shipment, special shipment, etc. We also do provide the shipment by TNT, DHL, Air Cargo and Seaway. 

5.DELIVERY TIME
    To find out when you will receive an item, please consider the availability of the item and the shipping time.
                                Total Delivery Time = Product Availability + Shipping Time
In the process of inquiry via e-mail, we will inform you of the predicted availability which normally takes about one week but some products may vary from 3 days to 15days. 

6.PAYMENT
    We accept 3 ways of payment as follows;

7.PLACE AN ORDER
        Please understand that you need to make an inquiry to us and obtain enough information before placing any order to us. After you are satisfied with our offered price and terms, you can place an order to us as follows;

    7.1) Confirm your order by e-mail then pay by bank transfer at our bank account at Bangkok Bank or we will request the money to your email address for payment by Paypal.
    7.2) Fill-in your order information at SSL payment link      
We will send you a confirmation e-mail after our bank authorizes your payment and will inform the progress of our shipment arrangement including of shipping invoice, photo of the products before/after packing, etc.

8.SECURITY
    Placing an order at Faddybike is safe because our order-taking system is Off-Line. It might be inconvenient compared to the major on-line shopping web sites but our system is simple and safe. Every transaction and inquiry will be executed via e-mail so that you can obtain enough information for your decision in advance. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and will use your personal information we collected just only to process your order and inform our product information. We will keep your order information, especially credit card information, at a safe place off-line and do not sell, trade or rent your information to others. You may not trust us now but you will trust us after you have contacted and communicated with us. We do the right thing right and keep long reliable relationship for prosperous business.

9.RETURNS POLICY
    We will not accept any returned products after our shipment except that the products sent to you have a problem due to manufacturer’s mistake. For some products, we will claim without return in order to avoid returning shipping cost.  We will check and confirm details of the products with you and conduct an inspection at the actual products before every shipment in order to avoid mistakes. Please note that normally we will charge your credit card when we can get the products for shipment but if there is any case that availability of the products that we have already confirmed takes too long time or no availability, we will inform you for your decision making whether wait or cancel.  We will not accept any motorcycles or parts return to Thailand due to import de-regulation, therefore please check at your customs office whether they accept the import of motorcycles and parts from our sources.

10.OTHERS
    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, since we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office in detail. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order’s contents by product type. Basically, we will describe the actual contents into the packages unless you notify us in advance. We will be able to find the best solution for you if you need to minimize your imported duties, kindly discuss with us before each shipment. Due to manufacturer restriction or import restriction or industrial standard requirements, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical location. In some countries, some products like Motorcycles, Mufflers, Helmets can not be imported and the packages we shipped may not pass their customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office and let us know those restrictions in advance, unless otherwise we have no control over such a problem after order ships.
